Return And Exchange Policy
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy – no questions asked. This means you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be undamaged and in the same condition in which it was delivered.

- A clear picture of the product must be shared with us for review and approval.
- The product must be safely packed for the return or exchange process.
- Tester sets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange request if the item does not meet the above conditions.

Damages or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.
Exchange Process
If you want to exchange your item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving it. Once your return is received and verified, we will ship the replacement item to your provided address. Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be transferred to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.
Please note, depending on your bank, it might take some time for the transaction to reflect.
